A pipeline run is one SuperPlane-managed execution triggered by a commit or PR event. Test selection, env provisioning, and canary rollout are all part of a single run. Dry runs and policy validation checks do not count against your limit.
Median AI decision latency is under 800ms (test selection model inference + env config resolution). This is offset many times over by the test execution time SuperPlane saves — typically 60–70% fewer tests means 10–25 minutes faster per run. The overhead rounds to zero versus the savings.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees. Annual plans can be upgraded mid-term with prorated billing.
Yes — Builder includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get the full Builder feature set including env provisioning and canary rollout management. At the end of the trial, you choose to upgrade or drop back to Developer (free).
You'll receive an email warning at 80% and 95% of your limit. When you hit the limit, SuperPlane pauses new managed runs until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade. Your CI runner continues running jobs normally — only the SuperPlane AI layer pauses. This means no broken builds, just no AI-managed optimization.
